Life Care Services (LCS) is a senior living services provider founded in Des Moines, Iowa, operating since around 1971. It functions primarily as a management company offering a continuum of senior living services — including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and life-plan/CCRC models. LCS also provides development, real estate, group purchasing, insurance, and home health services through its broader parent structure, Life Care Companies LLC.
