Episcopal Retirement Homes, Inc. (ERH) is a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3), incorporated in Ohio in 1951, and headquartered at 3870 Virginia Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. It is part of a larger nonprofit arrangement under Episcopal Retirement Services (ERS), which is its parent organization and sole member, as indicated in their combined financial disclosures.
