The network traces its origins to the founding of St. Joseph Hospice in 2002 by Patrick T. Mitchell, followed by the formation of STAT Home Health in 2006, the launch of Homedica HouseCalls in 2013, and the formal establishment of The Carpenter Health Network as the parent company in 2014.
