Springpoint Senior Living is a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of senior housing and care, rooted in a mission-first philosophy that focuses on residents, reinvestment, and innovation.
The organization was founded in 1916 with a mission to create housing and services for older adults. Over the past century, it expanded significantly across New Jersey and Delaware.
Springpoint is a nonprofit corporation (501(c)(3)) headquartered in Wall Township, New Jersey. It is the parent of a group of affiliated nonprofit entities operating Life Plan Communities, a skilled nursing community, an assisted living community, affordable housing communities, as well as Springpoint at Home, Springpoint Choice, and the Springpoint Foundation.
The organization serves over 4,000 older adults and employs approximately 1,700–2,300 individuals across its operations. It includes eight Life Plan Communities, one skilled nursing community, one assisted living community, and 19 affordable housing communities in New Jersey and Delaware.
Springpoint offers a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, affordable housing, home care services, and long-term care planning membership program. It is also known for its nonprofit, reinvestment-based model and longevity.
