About Pacific Retirement Services

Pacific Retirement Services began when the board of Rogue Valley Manor and its executive team incorporated it as a nonprofit organization in 1990 in Medford, Oregon.

PRS operates a portfolio that includes life-plan or Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), non-profit affordable housing communities, and management/consulting services. It manages over 40 senior living organizations in more than half a dozen states.

The organization is headquartered at 1 West Main Street, Suite 303, Medford, OR 97501. As a nonprofit, PRS reinvests all surpluses back into its communities. Its operational footprint includes states such as Oregon, California, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, Arizona, and New Mexico.
