About Neurorestorative
NeuroRestorative began in 1977 as the Center for Comprehensive Services (CCS). In 1988, it became part of Sevita (formerly The Mentor Network), a provider of home and community-based specialty health care.
Today, NeuroRestorative offers a continuum of rehabilitation services—including residential, outpatient, and community-based programs—for children and adults recovering from neurological injuries, illnesses, and medically complex needs. Its offerings include neurobehavioral care, neurorehabilitation, 24/7 skilled nursing, supported/transitional living, day/vocational programs, and pediatric care including ventilator nursing.
NeuroRestorative operates in at least 28 states, including Colorado, Nevada, and Utah, serving individuals across a full continuum of neurorehabilitation services—from subacute care to long-term pediatric residential programs.
Ownership is through CareMeridian LLC (doing business as NeuroRestorative), under National Mentor LLC/Holdings and Celtic Intermediate Corp; it is for-profit in structure.
