Marquis Companies is a fifth-generation, family-owned senior living and healthcare services provider serving older adults in Oregon, California, and Nevada.

The company was founded by Phil Fogg Jr. in 1989 in Oregon, starting with the management of a single skilled-nursing facility amidst challenging financial conditions.

It remains privately held and family controlled. Phil Fogg Jr., a fourth-generation caregiving family member, serves as CEO/President.

Marquis owns and operates between 15 and 22 campuses that include skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and post-acute rehab across Oregon, California, and Nevada; it also provides home health and home care services and has more than 4,000 employees.

Its services span senior living options and clinical services including post-acute rehabilitation, assisted and independent living, home health care, and innovative programs like the AgeRight Advantage Medicare Advantage health plan.
