LifePoint Health was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. The company began as LifePoint Hospitals and rebranded to LifePoint Health in 2015 to reflect its expanded scope beyond community hospitals to include physician practices, post‑acute services, and long‑term care.
