About Embassy Healthcare

Embassy Healthcare was founded in 1998 in Fairfield, Ohio, by Aaron Handler. It has grown to oversee personally oriented clinical and residential services across multiple states.

The parent company is Embassy Healthcare Holdings, Inc., owned equally by the George S. Repchick 2020 Family Dynasty Trust and the Aaron Handler Family Dynasty Trust. Aaron Handler remains an officer, and George Repchick has served as CEO since January 2020.

The company began in 1998 and pursued expansions through leases and management contracts, often transforming operationally challenged facilities into viable operations.

Embassy Healthcare operates roughly 40–41 facilities across five states, with approximately 22 in Ohio, 13 in Pennsylvania, and one each in Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia.
