About Corewell Health

Corewell Health emerged in 2022 from the union of two prominent Michigan health systems—Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health—to form one of the state’s largest nonprofit health systems. It serves the state through an extensive network that includes 21 hospital facilities, more than 300 outpatient locations, several post-acute facilities, and a provider-sponsored health plan—Priority Health—serving over 1.3 million members.

Within its post-acute care offerings, Corewell Health operates rehabilitation and skilled-nursing centers (skilled nursing facilities) in West and Southwest Michigan, intended for long-term care or recovery after surgery, injury, or illness.
