About Boncrest Resource Group
Boncrest is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization based in Brookhaven, Georgia, formed to prioritize programs over profits in the senior care sector. Its mission is to reinvest in services, people, and communities, using innovative organizational and financing structures to support charitable operation of senior-living and long-term care facilities.
Founded in 2017, Boncrest was established as a nonprofit corporation under Georgia law and is structured as a charitable organization that operates skilled-nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), assisted-living and similar facilities.
Boncrest currently operates five communities—Robin Run Village, Foxwood Springs, and Christian Care Communities & Services in Texas—after transferring operational control of Seneca in April 2024. These are operated via Boncrest subsidiaries as part of its network.
