Alaris Health functions as a centralized service provider rather than a direct care provider: it offers branding, compliance oversight, and non-clinical support to its member centers, while each facility holds and operates under its own license.

The network's growth is driven by Avery Eisenreich, the founder and primary owner of Alaris Health. Since its inception, Eisenreich has acquired and transformed aging nursing facilities across northern and central New Jersey into modern rehabilitation and long‑term care centers.

Each facility operates as an individual limited liability company (LLC), which is a common structure in the nursing‑home industry.
