The organization traces its most visible rebranding back to 2021, when Cornerstone Healthcare Solutions transitioned to the Advena Living name, unifying six continuing‑care and community living facilities across Kansas under the new brand. During that announcement, Willie Novotny was identified as CEO and Michelle Novotny as EVP/CNO.

Advena Living operates six skilled‑nursing facilities across rural and urban communities throughout Kansas. Locations include Rose Hill, Cherryvale, Bonner Springs, Clearwater, Topeka (on Tenth), and Wichita (Woodlawn), with each facility providing various levels of care under one operator.
